Friday evening at The Manor for dinner. Nothing Greek on the menu, but some plain ol' American friends there told me about making Pastistio and Spanakopita - Greek food is really popular. I can remember when nobody even knew what feta was in this country!

Tonight was the most delicious cole slaw, French fries and fried haddock with a Zinfandel wine and chocolate torte! Nice to take a break from the Greek.
